The first two volumes, published in 1981 and 1984, are complete with 37 plates, while the last volume, published in 1987, is complete with 29 plates. Each volume includes its own leaflet with introductions and explanations of the plates by Canon Auguste Christen. Claude Tisserant-Maurer has done a remarkable job of coloring the plates according to the indications in the texts and the published fragments by Christian Engelhardt. Three explanatory leaflets enclosed, two signed by Canon Christen, the third by colorist Claude Tisserant-Maurer. Traces of ink on the inside of the cardboard of the second volume, where these three leaflets were inserted. A fine copy despite the small defect.
