Louis Jou (1881, Gracia (Barcelona) – 1968) entirely composed, engraved and hand-pressed this work, complete with title page, headbands, lettering, ornamentation, and culs-de-lampe in black, red or gilded. The text is based on Claude Barbin’s 1669 edition. Some rubbing to the slipcase, but a very fine uncut copy.
