A few scuffs on the boards, partially split jaw on the second plate of the second volume, marginal halo on the frontispiece page and much more discreetly on the following 10 leaves. Complete with frontispiece and 10 hors texte plates engraved after Moreau le Jeune, avant la lettre. Published the same year as the original edition.
