From the series L’Alsace et Bâle artistiques. Sheet size: 559 x 383 mm. Subject size: 391 x 265 mm. Félix Henri Voulot (1828, Belfort – 1899, Epinal) was a draftsman, painter and lithographer. He was curator of the Musée d’Epinal from 1878 and was the father of sculptor Louis Joseph Félix Voulot.
