Small folio of 7 f., 12 plates engraved in stipple and enhanced in bistre and watercolor by François Walter and 3 to 6 leaves of historical notes written by Abbé Grandidier for each plate. Bound in early 20th-century half vellum with corners. Very slight foxing, small marginal restorations on page 9 of the Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines section and page 15 of the Munster section. A very fine copy, complete with all 12 plates.
