Very slight traces of handling on the slipcases, not serious. The first volume contains G\u00e9rard de Nerval&#8217;s French translation of Faust, with in- and out-of-text illustrations by Robert Beltz and woodcuts by Gilbert Poilliot. The second volume includes &#8220;Le cabinet d&#8217;\u00e9tude, le pentagramme et le nombre d&#8217;or&#8221;, an interlude and the original text. One of 299 numbered copies, on Rives vellum.
