Minor defects on pages 59 and 61 (folds, small tears restored. Lithographed covers and spine pages preserved. Illustrated by the author, a painter from Obernai who was a pupil of Kamm, Solven and Allenbach. Account of annexed Alsace until the liberation of 1945, followed by documents reporting acts of resistance and attachment to France.
