L'Image et le Livre offers enthusiasts and collectors a curated selection of antique prints and books from the 15th to the 20th century, including Japanese prints, geographical maps, manuscripts and rare illustrated books.

In April 2019, Solène Bisch took over the bookshop. With master's degrees from the École du Louvre and the University of Strasbourg in art history, and experience in Parisian and Strasbourg galleries, she upholds the standards of quality and rigour that built the house's reputation, while opening new perspectives.

Every item in our collection is carefully selected, appraised and described with the rigour expected in the field of bibliophily. Our passion for fine books and antique prints guides us in building a varied stock, from classical literature to scientific works, through travel writing, atlases and botanical plates.
